The Nativity Health Ministry invites the community to attend this well received educational program sponsored by the Alzheimer’s Association. The program provides recommendations in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement for promoting healthy aging.

Attention Chocoholics! You will want to mark you calendars for Wednesday, February 6th from 5:00pm-7:00pm.
Enjoy an evening celebrating chocolate with a cooking demo sponsored by the Nativity Health Ministry. Maria Weber, RD/Active Nutrition will be discuss the benefits of chocolate and how to incorporate it into your day nutritiously. Various recipes will be demonstrated and samples will be offered, of course! Recipes will also be provided.

POSTED 9/10/18:Nativity’s Health Ministry and co-sponsor Wegman’s Pharmacy will present Vaccination Sunday on September 30 from 8am – 1:15pm. This event will take place in the gymnasium entryway. (Look for the Monsignor Beasley Center sign)
Flu vaccines will be available for ages 2 and up and the new shingles vaccine will be available depending on the market shortage.
