Faith Formation Enrollment

Our Faith Formation program offers a range of sessions for children and families based on age, grade and need.

Please choose from the tabs below to access enrollment forms for your child(ren). Payments are submitted via the Payment Portal and are received and managed only by the business office. Making a payment will not enroll your child in Faith Formation.” Enrollment is achieved by completing the form(s).

Classes start in September. Scroll down to the Faith Formation Google calendar for schedule.

 

Nativity Faith Formation Guidelines

    • Choose a group and click its blue rectangle to enroll
    • Complete entire enrollment form and payment online
    • Submit Baptismal certificate for first time enrollment
    • Wash hands properly and don’t touch others’ items
    • Stay home if you have ANY symptoms of illness
    • Please practice social distancing
Family Class - AT ST. JOHN THE BAPTIST SITE IN BOSTON

A Fresh Look at the New Testament – 1st & 3rd Sunday each month beginning after the 9am Mass, Gathering 10:00 – 11:00.

Wednesday Arise - Families with Children

Note that the fee is reduced to $100.00

Wednesdays on the 1st and 3rd full week of each month (except for October) 6:30 – 7:30pm.

Y-Disciples (grades 7 & 8)

Y-DISCIPLES

Multimedia with discussion, prayer and Church teachings. Discipleship groups engage in focused discussion/reflection on Scripture and Tradition as they prepare for the upcoming Sunday Mass. Monday 7:00 – 8:00 pm.
