Lackawana Food Pantry
We are still looking for a person or group of people who might be able to donate their cooking skills and time to prepare a meal at the Lackawana Food Pantry. Dinners are typically once a month and serve anywhere from 50-80 people.
If you are being called to serve the hungry in our community, please call Melissa for more information. 662-9339 x 145 or firstname.lastname@example.org

The first of the Seven Corporal Works of Mercy – Feed the hungry.
Our parishioner, Dan Barone, was instrumental in setting up Nativity’s monthly meal service at the Lackawana Food Pantry. He is also a fantastic chef and acted as head cook for the monthly meals, providing healthy meals for those in need.
As Dan’s commitments have recently changed, we are now in need of a cook!
If you have any interest in helping or ideas on how our parish can continue this important ministry to the poor, please contact Melissa at 662-9339 ext 145 or email@example.com
Thank you to Dan Barone for many years of cooking for and feeding the community at the Lackawana Food Pantry.
We serve a hot dinner on the fourth Monday of the month.
What time? Volunteers should arrive between 3 and 4pm; we are usually finished up by 6:30. Come for the whole time or just a portion of it.
What do will I do? Prep food for dinner, serve, clean up, visit with the guests.
Where is it? 75 Caldwell, Lackawana (off of Ridge)
Do I need to sign up in advance or can I just show up to help? You can just show up – we will be so happy to see you!
If you have any questions, contact Melissa at firstname.lastname@example.org or 662-9339 x145.
